Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Full- Time Receptionist/Sales Administrator to join our growing team based in Kearys Bandon, Clonakilty Road Bandon.

Role Responsibilities:
• Managing the running of reception area.
• Meeting & greeting customers - act as company ambassador.
• Sorting & distributing post.
• Call and email management.
• Travel booking - taxis, couriers etc.
• Liaising between customers and our own in-house departments to ensure vehicles are processed exactly to customer requirements.
• Facilitate the processing of sales and purchase invoices for vehicles.
• Manage the ordering, registration, and taxing processes for new vehicles.
• Ensuring vehicle change of ownerships are completed.
• Manage the set up and administration of vehicle warranties.
• Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Role Requirements:
• 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Be flexible in their approach to work.
• Display a professional, courteous manner at all times.
• An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately.
• Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable but not essential.
