Junior Marketing Officer

Job Purpose

The Junior Marketing Executive (Operational Focus) is responsible for delivering and coordinating day-to-day marketing activities across NLN centres, ensuring campaigns, content, and events are executed efficiently and to a high standard. The role focuses on content creation, campaign support, and stakeholder coordination, while maintaining brand consistency and supporting performance tracking.

Minimum Education & Skills required

* Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field

* 1-2 years' experience in a marketing, communications or digital role (internships considered)

Campaign Execution and Delivery * Strong ability to execute marketing campaigns and activities in line with defined briefs and timelines; Understanding of campaign workflows and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively

Content Creation and Digital Marketing *Ability to create engaging content for social media, email, and promotional materials; Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content scheduling, and platform-specific best practices

Job Duties & Responsibilities

* Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with approved briefs, plans, and timelines.

* Coordinate centre-level marketing activity, including recruitment campaigns, open days, and local promotions.

* Manage social media channels on a day-to-day basis, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.

* Provide responsive support to centre teams, acting as a key contact for marketing requests and coordinating activity.

Additional requirements

* Create and maintain marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency.

* Support the delivery of events and engagement activities, such as webinars, community outreach, and promotional events

Salary starting from min point € 33,655 midpoint €39,594 max point €45,533 and ** is subject to negotiation depending on experience and qualification**
