Global Employer Brand Digital Ecosystem & Channel Partnership, Lead

About the Role

The Global Employer Brand Digital Ecosystem & Channel Partnership Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing PepsiCo's global digital talent attraction channels, including the career website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and identifying and building strategies for external platforms in strategic anchor markets. This role defines and builds market-specific digital ecosystems by identifying key partners, micro-channels, and emerging talent platforms to maximize employer brand visibility and engagement.

A core focus of this role is analyzing external trends and digital channel effectiveness, mapping performance insights, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance PepsiCo's A&E strategy. Additionally, this role ensures PepsiCo remains at the forefront of digital innovation, continuously assessing new tools and technologies that could elevate employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.

Your Impact

As Talent Acq Assoc Manager your scope would consist of ...

  • Digital Strategy & Ecosystem Management
    • Define and implement global-to-local digital ecosystem strategies, ensuring optimized channel performance across markets.
    • Establish partnership frameworks to identify key digital platforms, micro-channels, and talent attraction tools for each market.
    • Develop and maintain the global digital ecosystem roadmap, identifying channel integration, enhancement, and automation opportunities.
    • Ensure seamless candidate journeys by mapping talent interactions across PepsiCo's paid, owned, and earned media channels (POE framework).

  • Platform Management & Activation
    • Own and manage PepsiCo's global career platforms, ensuring consistency and optimization of content and employer brand messaging.
    • Partner with Recruitment Marketing teams to activate and enhance digital platforms for better engagement and conversion rates.
    • Continuously assess new digital tools and technologies, providing recommendations for platform enhancements and emerging trends.
    • Drive SEO and content strategy improvements to enhance visibility and ranking of job postings and employer brand materials.

  • Performance Benchmarking & Data-Driven Insights
    • Define KPIs and performance benchmarks to track digital channel effectiveness across global, regional, and market levels.
    • Develop dashboards and analytics reports to provide insights into platform usage, candidate engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Map external trends in talent attraction channels, leveraging insights to refine PepsiCo's digital recruitment strategy.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations for channel optimizations, budget allocations, and emerging platform adoption.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Digital Innovation
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Marketing teams to align digital channel strategies with hiring objectives.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Universum) to enhance partnerships and drive platform innovation.
    • Share market insights and digital best practices with regional A&E teams to ensure a consistent and optimized digital talent strategy.
    • Act as the thought leader on digital recruitment trends, bringing new innovative ideas to PepsiCo's employer branding ecosystem.
    • Synthesize and share performance insights and strategic recommendations with Talent Acquisition, Communications, and potentially business leaders, ensuring alignment on digital ecosystem effectiveness, channel optimizations, and future investment opportunities.

    Qualifications

    Who Are We Looking For?

    Required Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital ecosystem management, employer branding, or talent attraction platforms.
    • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Technology Management, Business, or a related field.
    • Deep expertise in managing talent attraction channels, including career websites, social platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed), and digital job boards.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience using performance data to optimize digital ecosystems.
    • Proficiency in SEO, paid media, and digital advertising strategies to maximize visibility and engagement.
    • Experience with content management systems, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, etc.), and tracking platform performance.
    • Proven ability to develop market-specific digital strategies, identifying key partners and talent attraction platforms per region.
    • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across HR, Marketing, and IT teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or Business Strategy.
    • Experience leading global digital recruitment strategies, working with cross-regional teams.
    • Background in programmatic job advertising, AI-driven recruitment tools, and next-gen HR technology trends.
    • Familiarity with global analytics platforms to track digital recruitment effectiveness and drive optimizations.
