Senior Technical Program Manager (GPU delivery)
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team is responsible for delivering the physical infrastructure that powers OCI's global cloud platform. As demand for AI and GPU capacity continues to grow, the team leads the delivery of high-density infrastructure across Oracle's EMEA data center portfolio, partnering with Engineering, Construction, Network Delivery, Capacity Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, and external vendors to enable rapid cloud expansion.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead GPU infrastructure delivery programs across EMEA, with opportunities to support global initiatives as required.
You will drive end-to-end infrastructure delivery-from planning and site readiness through deployment, commissioning, operational handover, and customer readiness. Success in this role requires strong technical understanding of hyperscale infrastructure, exceptional program execution, and the ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and accelerate delivery across multiple stakeholders.
This role is ideal for an execution-focused TPM who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently lead complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering large-scale data center, cloud infrastructure, or mission-critical technology programs.
- Strong understanding of hyperscale infrastructure delivery, including construction, network deployment, rack integration, commissioning, and operational readiness.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, cabling, and server deployment.
- Experience managing project schedules, dependencies, risks, and executive-level reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA, with occasional international travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GPU infrastructure or high-density compute deployments.
- Knowledge of liquid cooling, advanced power and cooling systems, or large-scale data center expansion.
- Experience working with colocation providers, construction partners, and infrastructure vendors.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification.
