Position: Clinic Administrator
Location: Unit 1, Pineview Business Park, Firhouse Rd, Templeogue, Dublin, D16 E7F8
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours of Work: 38 Hours per week, 8:30am to 5:15pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 1:30pm Friday.
The Company
Since our foundation in 1997, our goal at Orthotic Solutions has been to provide a comprehensive understanding of scoliosis and how modern bracing techniques can help manage it, offering peace of mind and the best possible outcome for our patients.
Our lower limb orthotic service prescribes, designs and manufactures custom-made orthoses and splints to improve mobility, stability and function.
Our patient-centered approach ultimately helps to support the management of many musculoskeletal conditions as well as assisting in recovery post-operatively.
What is the opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced Clinic Administrator for our busy clinic, currently 4 in number. The successful candidate will provide an excellent patient experience while supporting our clinical staff in the delivery of quality care to our patients and provide a range of support activities across the practice.
In this role, you will
Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating clinics.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
Manage referral pathways, waiting lists, and appointment scheduling to maximise clinic availability and minimise scheduling conflicts.
Liaise with the professionals referring into the clinic.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and filed correctly in a paper-based filing system.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Manage correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports.
Who you are
5+ years’ previous administrative experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy clinical environment.
Demonstrable time management experience, ability to handle multiple tasks to a high standard and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently, use initiative, and contribute positively as part of a team.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
