We are currently seeking to recruit a Relief Pharmacist for our stores across Monaghan and Louth.
This role is a permanent 27 hour position and covers a range of stores throughout the counties.
Through this opportunity, you will gather great insight into the brands under Uniphar.
Within our Relief rosters, we try to establish a regular order of stores you will support, so that you can best get to know the teams and customers in each location.
All relief rosters are provided 6 to 8 weeks in advance.

The responsibilities of the role:
- To assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives
- Work with the team to find care solutions for our customers and patients
- Assist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with company and industry regulations.
- Assist in group healthcare and company/marketing events.
- Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives.
- To partake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the team.
- Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
- 1-2 years as a Pharmacist is highly advantageous
- Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication, Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly organized with a proven ability to work on multiple tasks accurately in a busy environment
- The ability to work on own initiative & as part of a team is essential
