We are now seeking a Head of Architecture to lead and develop our architectural capability across EMEA — a critical role at the heart of our design leadership team.

This is a senior leadership position for a highly credible design leader who combines technical excellence with strong people leadership and client engagement.

You will play a key role in defining how PM Group continues to deliver world-class, mission-critical environments at scale.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a multi-location architectural team across Europe
  • Act as Design Authority, driving consistency, quality, and innovation
  • Partner with major clients as a trusted technical advisor
  • Provide senior oversight across complex, high-value data centre projects
  • Shape our design standards, delivery approach, and future strategy

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data centres, mission-critical, or highly regulated sectors
  • A track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations
  • Strong technical credibility, with the ability to act as a visible Design Authority
  • Confidence in client-facing roles, influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on design leadership
  • Commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of risk, programme, and delivery

Key Attributes:

  • Degree in Architecture or related discipline
  • Chartered status (or equivalent) preferred
  • Passion for technical excellence, leadership, and delivery at scale
  • Collaboration across teams, regions, and cultures
