POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative functions within the Quality department. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Quality team by handling documentation, tracking, and system management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and maintain Quality trackers such as inspection trackers per project
- Manage inspection checklists in Procore
- Organize and manage Quality documentation and records such as SOPs, reports
- Support Engineers with administrative tasks
- Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience or 2 years in Quality administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or Quality environment
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- Office-based environment
- Occasional presence in manufacturing environment may be required
- Protective Equipment Required where applicable
TRAVEL TIME REQUIRED
