End date: August 2027

Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site a minimum of 10 days per month in Little Island, Cork.

Responsibilities:

The Regulatory CMCD (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls & Devices) Intern will partner with the GRA-CMCD Regulatory Scientists to support the following activities:

  • Provide regulatory support for Drug Substances and Drug Products by preparing and maintaining the appropriate regulatory submission documentation needed to obtain and maintain marketing authorizations.


  • Provide regulatory technical support in the preparation of Clinical Trials submissions.


  • Contribute to the preparation of Regulatory strategies.


  • Ensure successful preparation of CMC dossiers and variation packages to support product submissions, including variations, supplements, annual reports, DMFs, and related submissions.


  • Support regulatory assessments for change controls and deviations for assigned products/sites, applying risk-based principles under the guidance of senior colleagues.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of a Master program.


  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and be self-motivating


  • Works well collaboratively within a team.


  • Possesses excellent attention to detail.


  • Interest in or experience with digital tools, automation, or process improvement initiatives is a plus.
