- Set up shop floor and sales areas in line with VM guidelines
- Create impactful product displays and outfit builds
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Commercial Focus
- Flex floor based on sales, stock, and trends
- Highlight key products and react to trading needs
Brand Execution
- Follow and implement UK/global VM guidelines
- Ensure all visuals reflect current campaigns
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support the team on VM standards
- Delegate tasks and drive team engagement
- Train new starters and give regular feedback
Skills & Experience
- VM experience in retail
- Strong commercial awareness
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Organised with attention to detail
