Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Harm2Healing project, funded by Research Ireland under the COALESCE Strand 2A. The objective of the Harm2Healing Project is to help transform survivor-centred gender-based violence (GBV) response in humanitarian settings by leveraging a human centred AI approach.
In environments where service demand far outstrips supply, caseworkers face chronic resource shortages and complex referral pathways. This role will develop a reliable, scalable, and agent based simulation model that will support caseworkers in developing their care plans for survivors. By analysing data and simulating constraints, the tool will provide a comprehensive board of options to optimize the choice architecture for survivors, fostering their agency and informed decision making.
Fixed Salary: €47,273 per annum
Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
