Job Description

This pivotal role sits at the core of Commercials ambitious growth agenda and represents a step beyond the reliance on current revenue streams, blending strategic foresight with financial and commercial acumen to identify and deliver on new business opportunities that shape the future of Commercial non-aero growth.
As Senior Commercial Development Manger you will be instrumental in charting the course for Commercials future - identifying and leading high impact initiatives, cultivating strategic partnerships and driving innovation both at Dublin Airport and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop and monetise Commercial 3.0, a unified solution that brings together Diagnostics, Pricing, CRM, Digital, Data, and Commercial Strategy
  • Expertise to provide Airports with a structured, data driven approach to revenue growth and commercial optimisation
  • Establish a clear vision and roadmap for Commercial 3.0 defining the ambition and revenue objectives
  • Validate the methodology and approach through application in a live airport environment
  • Develop a tiered product proposition from entry level to sophisticated application across
  • Diagnostic Report - Comprehensive, repeatable commercial assessment
  • CRM & E Commerce - Customer lifecycle and digital conversion optimisation consultancy
  • Aeroparker Integration - Pre booking and ancillary revenue uplift playbook
  • Yield & Pricing - Pricing strategy, demand forecasting, revenue optimisation.
  • Data Visualisation - Dashboards, reporting, and visual analytics.
  • Strategic Commercial Advisory - Long term commercial planning and partnership strategy.
  • Product Launch & Expansion - Commercial product evolution
  • Design and implement a standardised toolkit that is software led, to support each phase of the product ecosystem.
  • Develop the 'Go To Market' strategy together with the sales and marketing assets required to support
  • Setup the governance and approval structures and lead on securing same for application of Commercial 3.0
  • Lead market engagement, building strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Identify, evaluate and implement new Commercial 3.0 opportunities, channels and partnerships
  • Lead on presentation and representation of Commercial 3.0 activities into daa Management and Executive Team

Other
  • Support the Head of Commercial Revenue, Growth & Development in the delivery of Commercial Transformation strategy 2026-2030 building a clear pipeline for revenue growth, defining and implementing new operational and business models to support the evolving Commercial portfolio.

Education & Qualifications
  • Third level degree or master's qualification in commerce or financial management

Mandatory Practicing/Training/Compliance Certification
  • Chartered Accountant preferrable
