Job Description
As a key member of the Commercial property team this role will support in the management and delivery of critical property projects to include delivery of new Platinum West Facility, managing the fit-out and onboarding of tenants in Dublin Airport Central, tendering for external facilities management of the Dublin Airport Central estate and supporting in the delivery and development of future Dublin Airport Central Infrastructure. This role will also play a key role in the management and delivery of the daa hotels portfolio which includes the development of the T2 Linked Hotel, tendering for a new operator for the Maldron Hotel and managing the onboarding of the successful operator, assisting in the future development strategy for the Maldron Hotel and management of the Clayton Hotel.

Responsibilities
As Commercial Property Development Lead, the principal responsibilities of the role include:
- Support the Commercial Property Development Manager in the delivery and management of Commercial property construction projects and implementation of property strategies across Dublin Airport and the Dublin Airport Central asset portfolio.
- Support the Commercial Property team in the management and tendering of property assets and customers i.e. the tender for the external facilities management of the Dublin Airport Central Campus.
- Develop strong professional relationships and ways of working with all departments across daa, motivating and delivering results from cross functional teams.
- Co-ordination of various internal stakeholder groups including Capital Development, Infrastructure, Planning, IT, Asset Management to support projects from concept inception through feasibility, design and delivery.
- Ability to manage external third parties throughout property projects from construction contractors to tenant/customer interface.
- Management of the daa work permit process for commercial property.
- Ensure compliance with company, legal, health & safety standards.
- Lead in the preparation of reports and updates to Management and provide strong representation of the Commercial Property agenda in cross functional project update meetings.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project management, infrastructure delivery or property management
- Strong experience in operating in a complex stakeholder driven organization an advantage, with a proven track record of supporting the delivery of complex projects
- Knowledge of construction, engineering and project management project delivery principles
- Experience of documenting best practice construction project management policies and standards
- A high level of technical competence across construction and/or property related activities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent commercial awareness, financial and analytical acumen
- Be responsible and ensure accountability for work
- Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with ownership mentality and a strong sense of drive and urgency to meet goals

Education & Qualifications
- Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Surveying, Construction Project Management or a Property related Discipline
