Catering Assistant Plating & Distribution

To assist as required in all aspects of the catering function in main production kitchen with regards to the plating and distribution of patient meals, delivery and collection of food distribution trolleys and wash up of items returned to main production kitchen for use in next meal service. A detailed job specification for each task /duty will be contained in the Catering Operations Manual appropriate to each functional area.
