  • Design and assure solutions that meet the stringent security, privacy, and regulatory demands of healthcare (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, and relevant health data standards).

  • Advise clients on EHR/PAS data integration and the secondary use of clinical data for research, population health, and analytics.

  • Oversee delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary programmes, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.

  • Build and manage senior client relationships across C-suite, clinical leadership, and technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on health data transformation.

  • Stay current on emerging Azure and Fabric capabilities, health data trends, and AI/ML adoption, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.

As a Director in PwC, you will be expected to also:

  • Continue to develop industry relationships and your PwC brand

  • Lead, train, coach and supervise a small team of technical resources

  • Lead the development of your own and team's technical acumen

  • Lead a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Partners

  • Lead the financial management of clients

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with senior business, technology and change management stakeholders, in the capacity of a trusted advisor on Data matters

  • Establish strategic alliances, and lead joint ventures with key IT suppliers and business partners

  • Communicate the practical implications of architectural decisions, issues and plans to executive, business, technical delivery and IT management stakeholders

  • Proven experience with EHR/PAS data architectures and the secondary use of clinical data for research or analytics.

  • Experience engaging and influencing senior business, clinical, and technology stakeholders, including C-level executives.

  • Proven leadership in developing, mentoring, and managing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within a consulting or professional services environment

  • Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore
