What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen
• Previous experience as Commis chef
• Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced but organised environment
• Good command of English
• Full permission to work in the EU
