Your Job:
  • Manage all hotel purchasing and procurement activities.
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
  • Purchase food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, maintenance materials, office supplies, and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with department heads.
  • Ensure purchases meet quality standards and budget requirements.
  • Track and control purchasing costs to maximize savings.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with Finance to reconcile invoices and process payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Work closely with Executive Chef, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Operations teams.
  • Manage stock control and conduct regular inventory audits.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to avoid operational disruptions.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing environmentally responsible products where possible.


What You'll Need:
  • Previous experience as a Purchasing Manager, Procurement Manager, or Buyer, ideally within hospitality.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and budgeting skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing/ERP software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and supplier compliance standards is an advantage
