Power Platform Solution Architect & Developer( Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect with hands-on Developer experience. This is a 6 month contract. The role is to leverage Power Platform to deliver both enhancements to existing solutions and new business applications. This role will play a critical part in ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Critical

This role is both a solutions architect and a hands-on developer. It will involve creating solution designs, reviewing solution designs, and developing those solutions, all using the Power Platform and Azure.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solution architectures.
• Lead discovery workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, consultants, and business analysts.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, delivery teams, and senior leadership.
• Create new enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
• Support upgrade and modernisation efforts of existing Power Platform solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Configure and build model driven apps using Dataverse.
• Configure and build canvas apps.
• Design & optimise Power Automate cloud flows for business processes & integrations.

• Strong understanding of: Premium Connectors ( API/HTTP/SQL), Security & Governance within Power Platform & Database Design & Data Modelling
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps.

• Power Platform security - environments and data.

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform ALM, Git, or Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Exposure to custom connectors, plugins, or PCF controls.
• Experience working part of a team.

• Exposure to Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio.
• Power BI.

• SharePoint Online.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Power Platform Certification: PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 preferred
