Applications are invited for a specified purpose part-time post of a UCD Research Fellow within UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science.

The UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science is seeking to appoint a highly qualified and autonomous Research Fellow at 0.68 FTE to support the delivery of the DAFM-funded project, "Farming Minds: Developing evidence based interventions to enhance farmer mental health."

The successful candidate will play a critical, leading role in the trial evaluation and digital implementation phases of this interdisciplinary research project. Operating with a high degree of research independence, the Fellow will clean, manage, and analyse primary quantitative data collected from a Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) involving 120 farmers.

The appointee will oversee longitudinal tracking protocols, manage cross-institutional partner liaison across UCD and SETU, configure evidence-based psychological micro-interventions for an interactive advisor support website, and lead high-impact academic dissemination.

Fixed Salary: €67,214 Per Annum Pro Rata @31 Hours per week
