Store Supervisor to join their amazing team.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the store
- Lead and supervise team members during shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Handle cash and operate tills accurately
- Assist with stock control, merchandising, and store presentation
- Ensure company procedures and standards are maintained
- Assist management in achieving store targets
- Previous retail experience is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles
- Cash handling experience is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and evening availability is essential
- Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required
