Salary: Grade 4 - €33,109 per annum pro rata

Hours: 33.75 hrs per week inclusive of breaks (flexibility required). Typical hours per day will be 6.75 approximately

Contract Status: Fixed Term for 6 months from date of commencement of employment

Location: Unit 12 Watch House Cross Retail Business park, Parteen Road, Limerick, V94 XYK5, hybrid working.

About the Service:

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient, effective and confidential administrative support to Extern's Youth Justice Services in Limerick, including the Youth Diversion Project, Janus Justice Targeted Youth Diversion Project and Bail Supervision Scheme. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating and completing a wide range of administrative tasks across project, HR, finance, communication, recording, health and safety, safeguarding and general office functions.

The role will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the services by maintaining accurate records and systems, supporting reporting requirements, liaising professionally with service users, colleagues and external stakeholders, and ensuring administrative processes are completed to a high standard and in line with Extern policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a trauma-informed, non-judgmental and understanding approach to the services provided across Extern. They will show creativity and flexibility in their approach.
