Project Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team supporting regulated manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, technically focused role. The Senior Project Engineer will support the delivery of engineering and capital projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring delivery to safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate activities across operations, maintenance, quality, EHS, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, assit with budgets, and documentation.
• Support equipment installations, commissioning, and qualification activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractors and oversee on-site works.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders requirements
• Experience delivering engineering or capital projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of contractor management and project controls.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 5 + years' experience and relevant degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven background working within engineering in a GMP-regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or medical devices)
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients within the different sectors and stakeholder management such as contractors
• Proactive, a good communicator with the ability to work well with others and on their own initiative in a multi-discipline environment
