The Manufacturing Engineers design, optimise, and coordinate factory production processes to turn product designs into high-quality physical goods efficiently and cost-effectively.

POSITION SUMMARY

Development, evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing methods using knowledge of product design, materials, and components. Preparation of processes, tools, production equipment, and assembly methods according to the lean manufacturing concept.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for the development, evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing methods.
  • Responsibility for assembly procedures for new products and reevaluating assembly for existing products to achieve improvements.
  • Responsibility for supporting the production department in managing changes for the purpose of improvement.

Job Description:

  • Ensuring the availability of specific required documentation for pre-series and special production.
  • Preparing production documentation necessary for product manufacturing (new projects, prototypes, and assembly).
  • Improving existing operations, including the introduction of new methods and procedures.
  • Identifying ways to reduce production costs and resolving technical issues in manufacturing.
  • Collaborating with technical and other departments to prepare cost estimates for new projects and their improvement.
  • Participating in the procurement and design of handling and manufacturing equipment for production.
  • Actively participating (together with the Lean Supervisor) in lean projects focused on eliminating waste.
  • Performs all other activities related to the agreed type of work as directed by the direct supervisor.
  • Follows the procedures, rules, and principles of the integrated management system.
  • Works in accordance with the principles of lean manufacturing and 5S.
  • Works in compliance with the rules of international trade (ITC).
  • Contributes to the development and adherence to standards, focusing on key areas such as customer, company culture, and the continuous improvement system.
  • Within the continuous improvement system, submits improvement proposals in line with company goals.
  • Respects environmental protection principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education: University degree in electrical or electronic engineering

Required Experience: 1 year of experience in the field of electrical engineering

Language Skills: English - fluent in both spoken and written communication

Basic Skills: CAD, proficiency in technical drawing, Innovative thinking

Professional Skills:

  • Good knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly those related to Lean Manufacturing
  • Ability to read and create electrical documentation

Personal Attributes: Teamwork ability, accuracy and precision in drawing and in general, practicality
