As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in The Carriage House on a permanent contract.

The Carriage House at Adare Manor is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join its dynamic culinary team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef to further develop their career within one of Ireland's most prestigious hospitality destinations.

The Carriage House offers a vibrant dining experience that celebrates quality ingredients, seasonal flavours, and warm Irish hospitality. Working alongside a talented team of chefs, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes and memorable experiences for our guests.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your designated section within the kitchen, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained throughout service. You will:

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Take responsibility for your section, ensuring it is fully prepared and organised for service.
• Support Senior Chefs in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Assist in training and mentoring Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties.
• Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and committed to developing their culinary career within a high-performing team.

About You

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
• Experience working in a high-quality hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A commitment to maintaining exceptional culinary and hygiene standards.
