About the opportunity:

Due to exciting and continued growth, our Corporate Compliancedepartment are looking for a Company Secretary to join their team in our Dublin office. The role is hybrid (2 days in the office), full-time permanent, with a 37.5-hour work week.

You can expect your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Oversee company secretarial functions, ensuring compliance with corporate governance.
  • Manage company incorporation processes from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee preparation and submission of Annual Returns, Financial Statements, and statutory filings ensuring full compliance.
  • Maintain and manage company records and statutory registers.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel and Office tools daily with strong attention to detail.
  • Operated within a fast-paced, high-volume financial environment requiring strong prioritisation and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and support Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
  • Record and prepare board meeting minutes with a high level of accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing timely updates and support.
  • Mentor junior team members, support onboarding, training, and ongoing development.


What we are looking for:

  • 1-3 + years experience in a company secretarial or governance role.
  • CGI qualification (completed or in progress) would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Relevant third level qualification in law, governance, business, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Boards and Committees within a corporate or regulated environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to represent the firm at a high level.
  • Can do attitude, ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
