About the opportunity:
Due to exciting and continued growth, our Operations & Innovation department are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in our Cork office. The role is hybrid (2 days in the office), full-time permanent, with a 37.5-hour work week
This role will assist with project management, process improvement, application rollouts, and various operational tasks aimed at enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation throughout the business.

This role will assist with project management, process improvement, application rollouts, and various operational tasks aimed at enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation throughout the business.
You can expect your duties will include but not limited to:
Project Management:
- Planning, coordinating, and tracking projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
Process Review & Improvement:
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of streamlined workflows and automation solutions.
- The use of AI, Power Platforms or other tools for process improvement
Application Rollouts:
- Introducing and deploying new applications within the business.
- Coordinate training and support to ensure successful adoption.
Operational Assistance:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Director of Operations and Innovation.
- Contribute to operational initiatives and ad hoc tasks as required.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in project coordination or management or IT or programming.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with process mapping, automation tools, and application implementation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with Power Platform, automation tools or AI technologies.
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Experience implementing organisational change initiatives.
- Exposure to SharePoint, workflow tools and knowledge management systems an advantage
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Keen interest in technology and innovation within business operations.
