Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Forensic & Legal Medicine, UCD School of Medicine, Temporary Fixed Term up to 31 December 2027 (Part-time 0.5FTE)
Applications are invited for a temporary part-time post of a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Forensic & Legal Medicine within UCD School of Medicine.
The purpose of this post is to support teaching and learning of undergraduate and graduate courses in the subject of Forensic & Legal Medicine.
The post will involve teaching and support of Forensic & Legal Medicine specific modules and the provision of high quality scholarship. The post holder will contribute to teaching and learning and curriculum development of the undergraduate and graduate programmes as deemed appropriate, and to academic leadership in general.
The post holder will further the development of the School of Medicine and foster collaboration with other disciplines and institutions, nationally and internationally, and demonstrate a willingness to establish the School as an international centre for excellence in terms of taught professional programmes.
95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above the Bar (7943) Salary: €66,055 - €104,600 Per Annum Pro Rata @0.5FTE
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 21 July 2026.
