What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:
  • Provide technical and business support to engineers on various tasks, including preparing engineering documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Conduct preliminary analysis of trajectory adequacy data and ensure model dimensional consistency, making quantitative judgments on technical data.
  • Conduct tests, record data, and assist in engineering evaluations to support project goals.
  • Use judgment to modify methods and techniques, ensuring safety and quality in all site operations.
  • Provide technical expertise during audits, manage change controls, conduct investigations, and prepare equipment requalification packages for regulatory agencies.
  • Develop technical and operational standards, provide routine equipment technical support, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Lead weekly team meetings, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and engage with teams to agree on work prioritization processes.


Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate's degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP)
  • Ability to provide technical solutions for complex problems through equipment/process knowledge
  • Familiarity with site Learning Management System and processes
  • Proven ability to lead and work in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail


Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Deep understanding of site operations
  • Experience with regulatory agency requirements and audits
  • Ability to develop and implement technical and operational standards
  • Experience in managing change controls and conducting investigations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to mentor and review the work of other colleagues
  • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Work Location Assignment: Hybrid
