The Role
Sofina Foods is looking for a detail-oriented and committed Hygiene Operative to join our team on the night shift. You'll be responsible for ensuring our production environment and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness - a vital role in supporting food safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Working behind the scenes, your contribution will help ensure our factory is always audit-ready and production can run smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Monday - Friday 9:30pm - 6:00am
Pay: €15.90 per hour

The Ideal Candidate
- A strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or hygiene role (desirable but not essential)
- A focus on safety, quality, and working to high standards

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Hygiene Operative, you will:
- Use specialist cleaning equipment and approved chemicals to deep clean production areas
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols
- Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
- Work in line with safety, quality, and workflow guidelines
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to your Team Leader or Manager promptly
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Carry out cleaning activities in line with daily schedules and hygiene checklists
- Ensure all work meets company safety, hygiene, and quality requirements
- Collaborate with your team to meet cleanliness and readiness targets
- Take pride in maintaining a spotless and well-organised work environment
