DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Exclusive Networks is seeking a highly motivated and commercially focused Training & Enablement Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and enablement strategy across our practice. The successful candidate will assess current capability levels, identify skills and knowledge gaps, develop a strategic training roadmap, and drive continuous learning across sales, pre-sales, technical, delivery and support teams across all regions excluding the US. The role will ensure knowledge, accreditation growth, partner competency requirements and business objectives remain aligned, creating measurable impact on revenue growth, sales effectiveness and organisational capability. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels without direct authority while working closely with the global Learning & Development leader.

As the Training & Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Develop and own the global training and enablement strategy.


  • Conduct capability assessments, skills audits and training needs.


  • Create and maintain a multi-year learning roadmap aligned to business growth objectives.


  • Define role-based learning pathways across Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Technical Support and Leadership teams.


  • Partner with the Learning & Development leader to leverage existing frameworks, tools and best practices.


  • Design and manage onboarding programmes for new team members.


  • Create, source and maintain training content, workshops and enablement programmes.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Training & Enablement Manager:
  • Experience in training, enablement or capability development
  • Experience within SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience creating learning pathways and competency frameworks
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Commercial awareness within a sales-led organisation
  • Ability to work across a global matrix environment
