DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the order lifecycle, from receipt of approved opportunities through to order placement, fulfilment and delivery. Acting as the operational expert for our licensing and ordering processes, the role ensures orders are processed accurately, efficiently and with a right-first-time approach. Working across Sales, Customer Success, Services, Finance, Vendor Management, Operations teams, the role ensures smooth execution of all licensing and ordering activities while contributing to the overall scalability and effectiveness of the business.

As the Order Management Specialist, you will:

• Raise sales orders from approved sales quotes, and place purchase orders with using a right-first-time philosophy.

• Manage the end-to-end order process for licenses, support, professional services and training offerings.

• Ensure all fulfilment documentation is completed and distributed to relevant stakeholders.

• Validate licensing requirements and ordering structures before submission.

• Chase and track purchase orders, fulfilment activities and delivery milestones.

• Resolve order queries and operational issues with minimal business impact.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

• Experience in order management, operations or sales support.
• Strong Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with software licensing or technology vendors preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
