Overview

We are seeking a Head of Product to lead and scale our product function within a high-growth B2B SaaS organisation. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role will be responsible for driving product execution, strengthening product management capabilities, and ensuring alignment between product strategy and delivery.

You will work closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer, to translate strategic priorities into clear, executable product plans. A key aspect of this role will involve direct engagement with our largest enterprise customers, ensuring that critical initiatives are delivered successfully while shaping the evolution of the product during a pivotal phase of development.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Execution

Lead the day-to-day execution of the product function, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives

Own and evolve product management practices to support scale, efficiency, and quality

Oversee Agile/Scrum processes and ensure consistent delivery across distributed teams

Strategic Alignment

Partner with the Chief Product Officer to translate product vision and strategy into actionable roadmaps

Work closely with executive leadership to align product priorities with broader business objectives

Contribute to strategic planning and product direction

Enterprise Customer Engagement

Work directly with key enterprise customers

Lead product alignment on critical client projects, ensuring delivery meets both customer expectations and internal strategic goals

Translate customer requirements into scalable product capabilities

Act as a senior product representative in customer discussions where required

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with Engineering leadership, including the Chief Technology Officer, to align product and technical delivery

Work with Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market execution

Act as a central point of coordination across functions

Product Operations & Process Excellence

Establish and scale best-in-class product management processes and governance

Improve delivery predictability, resource planning, and execution discipline

Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle

Customer & Market Insight

Lead customer discovery and feedback initiatives to inform product direction

Ensure product decisions are grounded in customer needs and market dynamics

Balance immediate client delivery requirements with longer-term product strategy

Data-Driven Product Management

Define, implement, and track key product and growth metrics

Embed a data-driven approach to prioritisation and decision making

Provide clear reporting and insights to leadership stakeholders

Innovation & Tooling

Champion the use of modern tools, including AI, to improve product workflows and delivery efficiency

Identify opportunities to enhance speed and quality through automation and improved tooling

Qualifications

Required

7+ years' experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments

Proven experience operating at a senior level, working with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients

Strong track record of leading product execution in distributed or remote teams

Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery frameworks

Experience establishing or scaling product management processes

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Strong analytical capabilities with experience driving data-informed decisions

Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma

Preferred

Experience in payments, fintech, or cybersecurity domains

Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex integrations

Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product management

Success Measures

First 3 Months

Establish clear product operating rhythms and delivery processes

Build strong working relationships with key enterprise customers and internal stakeholders

Ensure transparency and alignment on roadmap and priorities

3-6 Months

Improve delivery predictability and reduce rework

Successfully support delivery of key enterprise customer initiatives

Strengthen requirements quality and execution discipline

Implement data-driven frameworks for product decision making

Ongoing

Deliver strategic product initiatives aligned to both customer and business needs

Maintain strong alignment across executive and cross-functional stakeholders

Build scalable product processes to support continued growth
