We are partnering with a growing international organisation within the aircraft leasing sector that is looking to appoint a number of experienced finance professionals at AVP, VP and SVP level.

These are excellent opportunities for qualified accountants with strong experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, corporate services or structured finance who are interested in joining a growing and collaborative business.

The roles offer broad exposure across financial reporting, transaction execution, client and stakeholder management, SPV oversight and team leadership. The scope and level of responsibility will vary depending on experience and seniority.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the level of appointment, responsibilities may include:

• Managing financial reporting and accounting requirements across a portfolio of aircraft leasing and aviation-related entities.
• Reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and statutory financial statements.
• Managing audit processes, reporting timelines and associated deliverables.
• Overseeing SPV accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance and cash management activities.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders on new and existing aircraft leasing transactions.
• Supporting the onboarding of new structures and coordinating transaction execution processes.
• Liaising with auditors, tax advisers, legal counsel, banks and other professional advisers.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Reviewing team output and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Managing and mentoring finance and client management professionals.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and operational efficiencies.
• Supporting senior leadership on client delivery, team development and wider business growth initiatives.

About You

We are interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:

• A recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Relevant post-qualified experience, with the appropriate level of seniority depending on the position.
• Experience within aircraft leasing, aviation finance, corporate services, structured finance or a similar international financial services environment.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience managing audits and working with external advisers.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
