CSA Project Manager / Construction Manager (Data Centre Projects)

We are seeking experienced Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) professionals to join our growing team, supporting the successful delivery of large\-scale Data Centre and Mission Critical construction projects across Europe.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

We are recruiting for several CSA leadership opportunities, including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Package Managers and Quality Leads. Successful candidates will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects from pre\-construction through commissioning and final handover.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n
• Manage and coordinate Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works throughout the project lifecycle.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors, and construction teams.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and programme milestones.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues in collaboration with project stakeholders.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical and other project disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.<\/span>

• Promote the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>\n

  \n
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CSA construction projects.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of quality management, construction processes, commissioning, and project handover.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced construction environment.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience in Data Centre or Mission Critical projects is highly desirable.<\/span>
