Main Purpose of Job & Accountability:

This role is a key position within the business, liaising with several departments to implement the production plan and to achieve customer requirements on time and in full.

Principal Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Specific Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Create and manage the production schedule
  • Compile and report on previous 24 hour schedule adherence
  • Compile schedule for next 36-48 hours and beyond.
  • Issue the daily schedule to internal stake holders
  • Mirror schedule to reflect real time hours in production hall by adding and updating shift pattens.
  • Attend the morning T1 and T2 production meetings.
  • Advise lead times based on schedule and order book.
  • Protect OTIF with accurate lead times.
  • Manage escalation process.

The post holder will work a 39-hour week minimum as set out in their contract of employment. Additional hours may be required dependent on the needs of the business.
