The Opportunity

As Business Manager, you will run your store like your own business - driving commercial performance, elevating client experience, and leading a team of 6 to deliver best-in-class results. You will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional sales performance and luxury client experiences. Taking full ownership of the ELEMIS store, you will drive growth across treatments and retail through strong leadership, strategic thinking, and meaningful relationship building.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven Store Manager or Flagship Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, premium retail environment

Responsibilities

Own your business
  • Take full accountability for overall store performance, ensuring targets are consistently achieved or exceeded
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and actions to drive growth
  • Develop plans to increase footfall, retention, and average transaction value (ATV)

Lead and develop your team
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team aligned to ELEMIS Flagship standards
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and structured development plans
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through training, coaching, and product education
  • Monitor engagement, motivation, and performance, addressing opportunities proactively
  • Create effective rotas that balance business needs with development opportunities

Deliver treatment excellence
  • Champion exceptional treatment standards aligned to luxury spa expectations
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations of treatment spaces
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and compliance
  • Oversee the end-to-end client journey, driving satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Monitor KPIs, feedback, and usage to continuously improve treatment performance

Build and nurture relationships
  • Deliver exceptional consultations and personalised client experiences
  • Drive a strong clienteling culture with follow-ups and tailored skincare journeys
  • Plan and execute events and activations to grow engagement and brand awareness
  • Build strong partnerships with Flagship stakeholders, acting as a trusted brand ambassador
  • Identify opportunities to enhance visibility, collaboration, and commercial success

Drive store and brand excellence
  • Maintain premium standards across merchandising, presentation, and hygiene
  • Oversee stock management, audits, and accurate product handling
  • Lead promotional activity and in-store initiatives to maximise brand impact

Work sustainably and responsibly
  • Embed ELEMIS sustainability goals into all operational decisions
  • Support initiatives that reduce waste and environmental impact

Qualifications

  • An experienced leader within a target driven environment
  • Commercially driven with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Skilled in coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
  • Confident using data and insights to drive decision-making
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
  • A strong relationship builder, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
