Project Manager

Location: Dublin

Contract: Inside IR35

Duration: 6 Months

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in leading projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes while maintaining high standards of governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
A bit about the job:

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring all project requirements are delivered on time, within scope and in line with internal policies, regulations and standards.

You'll be responsible for managing project plans, schedules, budgets and documentation, while monitoring progress and implementing effective change control processes. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll facilitate clear communication, gather and clarify project requirements, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

In addition to delivering projects, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of project management frameworks, methodologies and templates. You'll also act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, coaching and support to junior team members and serving as a point of escalation for complex project queries.

A key part of the role is supporting the delivery of positive customer outcomes through all project activities, ensuring decisions are made in good faith, foreseeable customer harm is avoided, and customers are supported in achieving their financial objectives.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation through to delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance and best practices.
  • Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets and change control processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.
  • Strong risk and issue management experience, with the ability to identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience producing project documentation, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior project team members would be advantageous.
Ideal background:

We'd particularly welcome applications from candidates who have experience delivering complex change or transformation projects within regulated environments, with a strong understanding of governance, compliance and customer-focused delivery. You'll be proactive, collaborative and committed to driving continuous improvement while delivering successful project outcomes.

Please ensure that you attach an up-to-date CV when you apply.

We're inclusive and welcome everyone - we want applications from all backgrounds and experiences. Excited but not sure you tick every box? Even if you don't, we would still encourage you to apply.

We also consider all forms of flexible working, including part time and job shares.

We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business, and you. Most of our people are smart working - spending at least 50% of their time in our offices every week - combining the benefits of flexibility with time together with colleagues.

We'd love it if you could submit your application online. If you require an alternative method of applying, or if you have any queries in relation to the vacancy, you can email: [email protected]
