💼 The Role
The Field Effectiveness Manager is a critical role to working with both associates and our agency partner to gather sales data through our field sales team, and track progress against a number of critical measures including Mars Perfect Store, call file compliance, activation feature and compliance, and equipment tracking.
The role also ensures the field team has the necessary tools, equipment and information in order to deliver effective results.

💼 The Role

• What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across field teams, agency partners, and internal functions.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance tracking, and equipment management.
- Strong presentation, communication and IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) to support effective sales analysis and management of the territory
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Drive in-store execution by leading Perfect Store reporting and turning data into clear, actionable insights to improve performance.
- Own and manage 3rd party execution (PRL), ensuring accountability for delivery of distribution, availability, and Perfect Store KPIs across key customers.
- Lead PRL performance and compliance, ensuring +95% KPI delivery across call coverage, execution standards, and in-store activations.
- Leverage data to identify performance gaps, optimise execution, and support commercial decision making.
- Partner National Account Managers to execute customer plans, promotions, and category initiatives effectively in store.
- Translate commercial strategy into field execution, ensuring alignment between customer plans and in-store delivery across channels.
