DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Inside Sales Manager - Renewals is responsible for leading the renewals organisation across Exclusive Networks. The role owns renewal strategy, forecasting, operational execution, specialist development and recurring revenue protection across all assigned regions. Leading a team of Renewal Specialists, the role is accountable for maintaining industry-leading renewal rates, driving forecast accuracy, identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring execution of the 120-day renewal methodology.

As the Inside Sales Manager - Renewals, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of 14 renewals specialist
  • Own the global Available-to-Renew portfolio process
  • Manage renewal forecasting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Ensure execution of the 120-90-60-30 day renewal methodology
  • Work with Customer Success, Vendor Sales Specialists and Partner Managers to maximise retention and growth
  • Monitor renewal risks and escalations


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

Skills & Experience

  • 5-8 years experience in SaaS renewals, subscription sales, customer success or recurring revenue businesses


  • Experience leading teams of professionals


  • Strong forecasting and operational management expertise
