DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
The Renewal Specialist is responsible for protecting and growing recurring revenue by proactively managing the Available-to-Renew (ATR) portfolio across an assigned region. Working closely with partners, Partner Managers, Customer Success, Sales and Operations teams, the role will ensure renewal opportunities are identified, forecasted and executed well in advance of contract expiry. The successful candidate will maintain industry-leading renewal rates through structured planning, proactive engagement and disciplined renewal management whilst identifying expansion opportunities for sales teams.

As the Renewals Specialist, you will:
- Maintain industry-leading renewal rates across the assigned renewal portfolio.
- Protect recurring revenue and minimise customer churn.
- Conduct renewal planning activities 120 days before contract expiration.
- Manage a structured 120-day renewal process for all assigned opportunities.
- Own and manage the Available-to-Renew list across the assigned region.
- Develop and execute renewal plans for all eligible contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
- Build strong relationships with our partners, partner account managers and channel teams.
- Identify renewal risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Work closely with Customer Success teams to support adoption and retention activities.
- Collaborate with Partner Managers and Vendor Sales Specialists on expansion opportunities.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly renewal forecasting.
- Maintain renewal data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement of the renewal process.
The ideal Renewals Specialist:
- 2-5 years experience in renewals, customer success, inside sales, account management or SaaS sales support.
- Must speak Fluent and Business level German and English
- Experience working with subscription, recurring revenue or software licensing models.
- Strong commercial awareness and forecasting capability.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with CRM and sales operations systems.
