About the Team
The Global Employment Law team delivers support across US, EMEA, and APAC regions. Our team collaborates globally to balance compliance with business needs. We enable Zoom's people-first culture while managing risk effectively.
Responsibilities
- Advising on employment law matters across multiple EMEA and APAC jurisdictions, including employee relations, terminations, and disputes
- Partnering with HR and business leaders to develop compliant policies, processes, and training programs
- Managing employment litigation strategy and coordinating with external counsel on complex matters
- Supporting cross-border projects including reorganizations, M&A transactions, and Works Council engagements
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across Legal, People Experience, and business teams
- Stay up to date, and advise as needed, on legal developments across EMEA and APAC
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Demonstrate expertise in international employment law across EMEA and APAC jurisdictions
- Translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical, and commercially aligned advice
- Navigate sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
- Manage competing priorities and workstreams in a dynamic environment
- Collaborate effectively across legal, compliance, and HR functions to drive alignment
- Bring prior in-house experience or secondment with a global business
- Possess prior experience advising technology companies on employment matters
