Job Description

Thisrole will be based in Dublin, Ireland.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The Role:
In this role, you will manage a successful, talented and engaged sales team who is supporting our MM and SMB customersin the DACH region, as well as finding new business opportunities. To succeed in the role, you should pride yourself as a people leader first, have a strong process-orientated style as well as a positive attitude which you use to influence those around you.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strategy Development: Developing and implementing sales strategies to strengthen client relationships and penetrate the MM and SMB markets effectively.
  • Training and Development: Providing coaching, training, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales performance metrics, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Forecasting sales projections, preparing regular reports, and presenting findings to senior management.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling products or services to Enterprise, MM and SMB clients
  • Experience in Search & Staffing, Agency Recruitment or working with Staffing customers
  • Executive engagement experience with senior stakeholders in Enterprise accounts
  • Fluency in English and German

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and influence people around you.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills to develop and implement effective sales strategies for penetrating the MM and SMB markets, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing revenue.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with a customer-centric approach to sales and service delivery.
  • Results Orientation: A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome challenges are essential.
