To further strengthen our Regulatory Affairs team, we are looking for a Principal Consultant with a strong backgroundin the life sciences industry and significantand broad Regulatory Affairs experience across a number of areas.
Your responsibilities:
Youwill join our Regulatory Affairs team as a Principal Consultant. Youwill contribute to forming the strategy for growing the Regulatory Affairsbusiness unit, co-responsible for executing this strategy, throughbusiness development and thought leadership activities, as well as taking leadconsultant roles in client engagements, delivering Requests for Proposal(RFP's) and driving and taking ownership for sales and business developmentactivities.
On average you will split your time:
- 60% delivering in consultancy projects in advisor, project lead or architect roles, and acting as engagement delivery lead.
- 20% in business development, presales and though leadership activities
- 10% in development of consultancy commercial offerings and related delivery methodologies and consultant training materials
- 5% in the development and delivery of RFP's to ensure NNIT successfully engages new and additional projects
- 5% in coaching and mentoring of all levels of consultants in the Regulatory Affairs team
Your qualifications and experience:
Essential requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree (or similar) in a field related to Pharmaceutical Compliance or Regulation and significant experience in Regulatory Affairs within a Pharmaceutical company or as a consultant . Other relevant academic qualifications can be considered if you also have highly significant consulting and/or industry based experience in Regulatory Affairs within Life Sciences.
- Proven consulting based experience is an essential requirement for the role, ideally within a large recognised consultancy with a life sciences division or specialism.
- Strong experience of, and an aptitude towards sales and business development within a consulting based environment.
- Experience in managing interactions with clients, partners and vendors and an interest in driving and expanding NNIT client relations as part of business development, pre-sales and project delivery activities.
- First class documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
Preferred requirements:
- A Masters level qualification in a relevant area of study such as Pharmaceutical Compliance or Regulation.
- Deep MedTech and BioTech industry and/or consulting based experience.
- RIM systems experience.
- Specific IDMP experience.
- Data and Master Data Management experience.
- Experience bringing new products to market.
- People management skills and a track record of leading teams on complex and multi stakeholder projects.
- Project management experience and a proven history of delivering projects on time and on budget where applicable.

We are hiring into our European team in the following countries: UK, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland or Spain or other European locations
Fluency in oral and written English is a must. Asecond language (German, Danish, Italian, Spanish or French) isdesired but not essential.
Travelmust beexpected, but will be kept to necessary business trips (<10%).
