The Role
There has never been a more exciting time to join the team, and we are delighted to be recruiting for an In Room Dining Food & Beverage Assistant.
This role will join our extensive Food & Beverage team and gain invaluable experience working alongside some of the industry's leading hospitality professionals. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences, ensuring every guest receives the highest standards of luxury service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
- Set up and clear in-room dining trays, trolleys and tables to the highest standards.
- Ensure all orders are prepared, presented and delivered accurately.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and enquiries.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, beverages and daily specials.
- Process guest orders efficiently while ensuring exceptional attention to detail.
- Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Kitchen, Food & Beverage and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Consistently uphold Adare Manor's Forbes Five-Star service standards.

- Previous Food & Beverage experience in a luxury hotel environment is desirable but not essential.
