About You:
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Law or a paralegal qualification paired with a couple of years of work experience as a paralegal;
Organized individual who is able to multitask and who has strong attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Eager to learn new skills.

Your Role:
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working within a regulated financial services environment where accuracy and confidentiality are essential. You will provide general assistance to the legal department with respect to the following:
Document and File Management
Maintain and organise legal files, ensuring accurate version control of agreements and correspondence
Maintain the execution workflow for agreements and ancillary documents, including circulating execution copies, collecting executed pages from all parties and liaising with external counsel
Update and maintain precedent and template libraries under the direction of the legal team.

Track outstanding matters and maintain action logs and status records.
Other ad-hoc tasks and projects might arise from time to time.
Legal Administrative Support
Prepare draft correspondence and standard form documents for review by the legal team
Coordination and Communication

Liaise with internal teams and external parties to progress documentation and follow up on outstanding items.
Coordinate with divisional contacts across Luxembourg, Dublin, London, and Malta mandates as directed.
Manage incoming legal correspondence and ensure appropriate filing and distribution.
