You will often act as a subject matter expert for the Solutions Partner team, advising them and our shared customers on the most advanced product use cases.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Serve as a senior technical advisor, translating highly complex, multi-portal business needs into comprehensive, scalable solutions across the entire HubSpot ecosystem.
- Advise and lead solution design for large-scale integration and consolidation projects, actively seeking opportunities to unify the platform and drive major efficiency gains across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Develop and champion long-term technical roadmaps for a portfolio of strategic accounts, directly influencing C-level technical and business stakeholders to invest in strategies that deliver measurable, significant ROI.
- Lead discovery and solution design for the most complex, multi-hub engagements, defining best practices for leveraging advanced CRM features, APIs, and the broader HubSpot ecosystem for internal and partner teams.
- Act as the leading technical voice on customer and partner-led projects, addressing product-stretching use cases, leading risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring high-impact, successful outcomes.
- Champion organizational innovation by proactively evaluating emerging technologies and AI advancements, defining opportunities to enhance existing HubSpot solutions and leading the charge for customers to adopt HubSpot's AI products.
- Lead the creation and presentation of advanced, AI-powered proof-of-concept automations for executive audiences, clearly demonstrating the strategic value and driving adoption of HubSpot's AI products.
- Collaborate and drive alignment with internal Product and Engineering teams, providing expert, aggregated feedback from a segment of customers to directly influence the future roadmap of the HubSpot platform.
We are looking for people who:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience: 5+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or a similar senior technical role within enterprise SaaS. A distinguished track record of successfully architecting and leading the implementation of complex, business-critical technical solutions.
- Technical Problem Solving and Solutioning (Advanced): Proven ability to analyze highly ambiguous and complex, cross-platform problems and design robust, sustainable technical solutions.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with system integration, complex APIs, and advanced architectural design for scalable and resilient solutions.
- Ability to develop and teach creation of sophisticated AI-based solutions through orchestration, automation, and AI-first development techniques.
- Business Acumen & Value Realization (Expert): Demonstrated ability to connect nuanced technology features to key business outcomes and quantifiable value.
- Skilled at articulating and defending the ROI of complex technical solutions at the executive level, and advising customers on achieving strategic, long-term goals.
- Holistic Systems Thinking (Mastery): Deep cross-functional (multi-hub/product-line) understanding of how systems and processes interconnect across the enterprise.
- Talent for orchestrating end-to-end architectures that span broad, complex business processes and integrate multiple, disparate platforms.
