Sr. Privacy & AI Analyst
With guidance from the Director, Privacy, Regulatory & AI, the Sr. Privacy Analyst supports the iCIMS Legal team through preparation and review of privacy and AI documents and serve as a subject matter expert offering support across the organization. This role works with the Legal team to enable execution of the privacy and AI governance strategy, and with local and international business partners to support data protection and privacy compliance. The person who fills this role will seek ways to improve processes and help the department function more efficiently and effectively. They will also provide support in managing privacy impact assessments, coordinating responses to data subject requests, performing vendor due diligence, and responding to customer questions

Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for Company employees in relation to privacy and AI governance escalations, data subject requests, and privacy and AI impact assessments.
- Support the effective execution of the iCIMS privacy & AI governance programs.
- Conduct vendor privacy and AI questionnaires, privacy impact assessments (PIAs), and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify privacy risks where iCIMS processes personal data.
- On an annual basis, ensure the maintenance of iCIMS’ data inventory by maintaining all records of processing activity (ROPAs).
- Support the development and maintenance of processes and procedures to help ensure compliance with iCIMS policies and privacy, data protection, and AI laws, regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in implementing and facilitating appropriate privacy, data protection and AI compliance procedures and training.
- Act as a liaison with key internal departments to address and integrate privacy and AI requirements.
- Support Legal counsel in implementing iCIMS global privacy and AI projects, including PIAs and DPIAs, as well as privacy by design and AI by design assessments.
- Manage process for handling data subject requests.
- Support and make recommendations to facilitate the continuous improvement of training policies and standard operating procedures for the protection of personal data.
- Assist in managing privacy and AI incident response in collaboration with Legal and Information Security departments.
- Support and make recommendations to internal departments about data protection, privacy and AI regulatory requirements that may affect them.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of Company systems that include personal data and AI and stay informed about updates and modifications to these systems.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in privacy and technology project management/administration. Previous experience working for a software or technology company is preferred. Previous experience in AI Governance is preferred.
- General knowledge and comfort discussing technology and network protocols.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, multiple geographies, internal subject matter experts, legal staff, vendors, and clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions.
- Advanced MS Office Suite Skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere.
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Additional education or privacy certifications highly preferred but not required (e.g., AIGP, CIPM, CIPP/US, or CIPP/E)
