As a Sales Associate, you are an ambassador of Moss's Keystone Habit - Exceptional Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Commercial: Contribute to the achievement of ATV, UPT, and conversion by delivering customer service excellence.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every customer experiences the Moss Way, with Spirit, Moss Moments, and Moss Confidence evident in every interaction.
• Operational Tasks: Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked and visually appealing at all times. Support with replenishment, size checks and keeping displays in line with visual guidelines.
• Teamwork: Work closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations. Be a positive and reliable team player, always ready to support and contribute.
• Learning & Development: Take on training and feedback with enthusiasm. Build your knowledge of product, trends, commercial KPI's and embrace the Moss Way, growing your confidence in the role.
