Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to create, lead and embed ITIL-aligned service management practices across CHI Digital Health, driving standardisation, service quality, and continuous improvement across Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management processes.
The role will work closely with operational teams, stakeholders, and partners to enhance service performance, improve user experience, and support governance, audit, and reporting requirements.

Essential Criteria:
- Relevant third-level qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in IT Service Management or Service Delivery
- Demonstrated experience applying ITIL principles in an operational environment
- ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical and reporting capability (Excel / dashboards / KPIs)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
