Your Responsibilities

In close collaboration with central marketing teams, translate category and channel strategies into high-impact local plans that deliver growth, revenue, and margin targets
Across digital, retail, and social channels, bring brand campaigns to life through engaging online and offline activations
Through targeted CRM activity, grow customer loyalty, strengthen engagement, and drive repeat business
In partnership with internal teams and local experts, deliver standout events, cooking experiences, promotions, and training programmes that accelerate category growth
Across retail partner networks, ensure clear and timely communication on product launches, campaigns, promotions, and range updates
With a focus on customer excellence, adapt and optimise market-facing content, including websites, brochures, learning tools, and point-of-sale materials

What we are looking for

Proven experience in brand activation, marketing, or category management within a consumer-focused business, plus a full driving licence
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and local market dynamics, with the ability to turn insight into action
Commercially minded marketer with experience in strategy, planning, activation, and performance delivery
Skilled at building trusted relationships, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating across teams
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a talent for simplifying complexity and identifying opportunities for growth
You will hold a full driving license as this will be a mobile role visiting trade partners and stores.
